How does this make sense?

I heard someone say they would not vote for Bush again because, although he has been a good President, it was only because he surrounded himself with very smart people. What a dumbass comment! Would you prefer a President that surrounded himself with morons? Are you at all concerned with the fact that it's a huge job to run a country and occasionally it is necessary to delegate responsibility? By all means, hire a bunch of idiots to entrust with that responsibility.
